Lose sometimes.

Sometimes we have to lost ourselves in order to find our true selves,
And it does seem little inauthentic but is true.
We lost ourselves in pain to find some relief,
We lost in tears in search of ease.
We happen to lost our identity in order to create a new one,
And at times results are brave and  beautiful.
But it is still scary and frightening because we sometimes lost ourselves but never seek our truth.
